Bag-in-Box orders ship as soon as possible when all items are in stock, or the following Tuesday if anything needs to be restocked.
Bottled syrups are currently being bottled and shipped Tuesday through Thursday while summer demand is higher.

Delivery fees can be calculated through our checkout, and are provided to you at our cost. So we are unable to further discount any shipping costs.
Credit Card and e-Transfer are accepted for online orders. Cash may be accepted for local orders, please contact us for more details.
Once your order has shipped, delivery in Canada typically averages around 4 business days. Deliveries within Alberta may arrive sooner, while eastern provinces may take closer to 6 business days.
Please note that delivery time begins once your order has been handed off to the courier. Order processing and fulfillment happen separately during our operating days, Tuesday through Thursday.
If you are in a rush to receive your product, please contact us. Express shipping is available, however due to the sheer weight of our products – it can be very expensive.
Once your order is received, we review stock availability and prepare it for fulfillment during our operating days, Tuesday through Thursday.
For Bag-in-Box syrups, if all items are in stock, we ship as soon as the order can be processed. If one or more items are temporarily out of stock, your order will normally ship the following Tuesday once inventory has been replenished.
For bottled syrups, orders are currently being bottled and shipped Tuesday through Thursday. During the summer season, demand is higher and we may need additional time to bottle fresh product and maintain stock levels.

Local pickup in Cochrane Alberta is available.Once your order is complete, a pickup address will be sent with your completion email.
