Bag-in-Box (BIB) shipping
BIBs are heavy (a 20 L box is ~24 kg), so they ship at a flat per-box rate: $16.99 for the first BIB, plus $9.99 for each additional BIB, capped at $79.99. For example: two BIBs ship for $26.98, four for $46.96, and eight or more max out at $79.99.
Where we ship
Canada-wide. Orders to the territories (Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut) and oversized/freight orders are quoted at checkout at our actual cost — never marked up.
Processing & tracking
Most orders leave the shop within 1–2 business days. You’ll get tracking by email the moment it ships, and you can follow it any time on our Track your order page.
Local pickup
Free local pickup is available in Cochrane, Alberta — choose it at checkout and we’ll email you when your order is ready.
Damaged in transit
